Privacy at QUEBI
This overview explains the information QUEBI uses to provide accounts, community tools, and session management.
Account information
When you sign in with Google, QUEBI receives your name, email address, and profile image when Google provides them. QUEBI uses these details for your account and sign-in session.
Community and session information
QUEBI stores information people enter to run a community: membership and roles, player names and notes, availability, sessions, match results, and payment amounts or statuses. Community owners and managers create and manage many of these records for their groups.
Community images
Community icons and banners uploaded to QUEBI are stored as public images. Anyone with an image URL may be able to view it, so avoid uploading private or sensitive images.
Payments
For regular session fees, QUEBI helps organizers calculate amounts and record whether a player has paid; it does not process those payments. Optional Community Boost purchases use PayMongo checkout. QUEBI stores the purchase reference and boost status needed to manage the purchase.
Questions or requests
For questions about your QUEBI account or a privacy request, email support@quebi.com. For player or membership details managed by a community, contact its owner or manager as well.
